The Aston Waikiki Sunset offers one bedroom (sleeps 5) and two bedroom (sleeps 6) units with full kitchens. The property is located one block from the beach and has a pool, tennis court, sundry store, conference room, central laundry, hospitality room, internet kiosk, free Wi-Fi service on 6th floor, travel desk and 24 hour security. The units have central air conditioning, cable TV, high-speed internet access, microwave, rice cooker and a coffee-maker. All units have 2 TV's. The property was recently refurbished and has a nice lobby area. This well-priced property is popular and close to Kapiolani Park. All units are non-smoking. The property is currently undergoing an exterior enhancement project which includes re-sealing of windows, lanai maintenance, concrete restoration and painting of the exterior of the building with the work expected to be completed in January, 2013. Work will be done Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-4:30PM. There may be noise at certain times and notices & construction schedules will be posted throughout the property. In addition, the pool will be closed from May 31, 2012 until December 10, 2012 (closed Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-4:30PM and the pool will be OPEN from 9:00AM-9:00PM on Saturdays and Sundays). The tennis court and BBQ area will also be closed from July 3, 2012 until January 17, 2013 for the entire period. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
